The much-anticipated launch of the newest section of Grande Dunes is right around the corner and homes will be going up quickly! North Village in Grande Dunes, located off Water Tower Rd. and adjacent to the Members Club Golf Course, will offer a range of homes stretching from the gated entry to the waterway. With a central location and easy access to Hwy 31 and Hwy 90 and only 5 minutes to our sandy beaches. While we are still a few weeks out from builder announcements, we can share that the offering will be from a set portfolio of homes from a recognizable regional builder with neighborhoods already present in Horry County. The village is already half-way developed with more homesites on the way. North Village will also offer residents wonderful amenities within the gated area with a clubhouse, pool and lawn game area. The 250+/- acre section of Grande Dunes will have biking and walking trails throughout and a beautiful common area along the waterway. Home, townhome, or pared ranch prices have not been released yet but are anticipated to be offered in the 3rd or 4th quarter of this year.
