Grande Dunes Blvd is getting a new neighborhood and land development is well underway! The parcel of land on the northeast corner of Kings Hwy and Grande Dunes Blvd is currently being developed for a new townhome neighborhood that will offer 84 beautifully appointed properties. We expect pricing to be released no later than October with the first completed townhomes about a year away.
