Ben Guyton, CLHMS/GUILD - Broker in Charge/Owner

960 Cipriana Drive, Unit B-3,
Myrtle Beach, SC 29572

Leadership. Reputation. Dedication. And most importantly, trust.

Those are the qualities that propelled Ben Guyton to become Broker In Charge, leading the team at Grande Dunes Properties.

Ben is a 30+year resident of the Grand Strand area, with over three decades of success in real estate in this market. Ben began his career right here in Myrtle Beach, helping buyers find second homes and investment properties in golfing communities. He went on to become one of the most highly sought-after agents throughout the Grand Strand.

As the only person to lead the sales efforts for both of the Grand Strand's largest developments, in Barefoot Resort & Golf and Grande Dunes, Ben is uniquely qualified to bring the marketing strategy that helped make these two Master-Planned communities successful to each of the property owners he represents today.

With a comprehensive background in business and sales management, sales coaching, marketing, and promotion, Ben has an amazing depth of experience. But it’s the interaction between people that motivates Ben the most. He enjoys coaching and inspiring his fellow Realtors, and looks forward to working with builders, homebuyers, and home sellers. “I just love the personal connections and the entire sales process,” says Ben. “Especially when I get to help people sell their property, allowing another fortunate buyer to join Myrtle Beach’s ultimate community.” While away from work, Ben enjoys boating, golfing, traveling to exotic locales (like the Caribbean!), or just hanging out somewhere fun with his family.
