Jim Frazier - Senior Broker Associate, Emeritus

Jim’s passion is Myrtle Beach Real Estate and as a Broker he has the extensive real estate background, education and local knowledge to prove it.

He has been active in real estate sales, marketing, management and development in Myrtle Beach since 1976. His accomplishments have garnered many awards that put him among some of the elite professionals on the eastern seaboard.

In 2007 Jim added the “Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist” designation to his resume that recognizes both buying and selling skills in the higher end marketplace. Keeping his clients informed and educated as to trends and values are key to his success in Grande Dunes.

Jim is also active in his church, is a member of the Elks Club and serves on the Superintendent’s Business Cabinet for Horry County Schools. He lives in Myrtle Beach with his wife, Debbie.
