Hey, I’m Madison Kehler, originally from the mountains of Eastern Kentucky. Growing up, my family and I spent our summer vacations in Myrtle Beach, and from a young age, I dreamed of one day calling the coast home myself. After finally taking that leap and making Myrtle Beach my home, I knew I wanted to help others do the same.

I quickly fell in love with everything the Grand Strand has to offer: the coastal lifestyle, beautiful beaches, nature, sense of community, and the people who make this area so special. Moving somewhere new without knowing anyone wasn’t easy, which is why I genuinely understand the emotions, excitement, and uncertainty that can come with making a big move or starting a new chapter.

What started as a passion for helping people quickly turned into something much bigger. By fully diving into real estate and dedicating myself to growing both personally and professionally, my business rapidly took off. This success led to features on HGTV, The Sun News, and WMBF News, along with recognition as a Top Agent and earning Top Listing Agent within my brokerage in 2025. While those accomplishments are incredibly rewarding, the most meaningful part of this career will always be the relationships built along the way and helping clients create a life they truly love.
