Taylor Jones brings a unique combination of leadership, entrepreneurial experience, local market knowledge, and a passion for helping others to his role as a real estate professional with Grande Dunes Properties.

Originally from Ansonia, Connecticut, Taylor developed a strong foundation in leadership, discipline, and teamwork at an early age. As captain of his high school football team, he helped lead Ansonia to a Connecticut State Championship and the No. 1 ranking in the state. He continued his athletic and academic career at Springfield College in Massachusetts, where he played football and earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Exercise Science, specializing in Athletic Performance and Coaching.

Taylor's professional career began in collegiate athletics, working with nationally recognized programs at the University of Missouri and the University of Maryland before relocating to the Grand Strand in 2012 to join Coastal Carolina University. During his tenure at Coastal Carolina, he advanced to Assistant Director of Athletic Performance, working directly with the university's football and baseball programs while supporting additional collegiate sports. His leadership responsibilities included staff development, program management, and the creation of a Professional Player Development Program designed to prepare athletes for careers in professional sports.

In 2016, Taylor combined his passion for athletics with his entrepreneurial ambitions, helping establish Myrtle Beach High Performance Center in downtown Myrtle Beach. The business quickly became a respected training destination for professional athletes, collegiate programs, high school athletes, and local families. Through this venture, Taylor gained valuable experience in business ownership, operations, marketing, client relationships, and community engagement—skills that continue to influence his approach to real estate today.

After successfully building and operating the business, Taylor transitioned into real estate in 2021, earning his South Carolina real estate license and beginning his career with SC Beach Real Estate in North Myrtle Beach. He developed experience representing buyers and sellers in residential properties, condominiums, and investment real estate throughout the Grand Strand.

Taylor subsequently joined Randy Wallace and The Cana Group at Keller Williams, where he spent three years further developing his real estate expertise, strengthening his professional relationships, and expanding his understanding of the local housing market.

Today, as a member of Grande Dunes Properties, Taylor is focused on providing knowledgeable, attentive, and results-driven representation to buyers, sellers, and investors. His background in competitive athletics, business ownership, and real estate has shaped a professional approach centered on preparation, communication, accountability, and building lasting relationships.

Having called the Grand Strand home since 2012, Taylor offers clients more than a decade of firsthand experience living and working along the South Carolina coast. From Pawleys Island to North Myrtle Beach, he understands the distinctive communities, neighborhoods, and lifestyles that make this region such a desirable place to call home.

His local knowledge extends throughout Myrtle Beach, North Myrtle Beach, Carolina Forest, Conway, Little River, Surfside Beach, Murrells Inlet, Pawleys Island, and Georgetown. Whether assisting with a primary residence, vacation property, luxury home, or real estate investment, Taylor is committed to helping clients make informed decisions and achieve their real estate goals.
